Dimension Homes values your privacy, and understands your concerns about the security of your personal information. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the information you provide to us, and we have in place a Policy which is in accordance with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Clth).

To respond to your enquiries and to run our business effectively it is necessary for us to collect certain personal information about you.

What information do we collect?
At a minimum this usually includes information such as your names, addresses and contact details. Additional information may be required depending upon the nature of your enquiry and the scope of subsequent dealings.

Your personal details are not available to all staff at Dimension Homes. Access to your information is restricted to employees who require the information to provide our services to you.

Can I find out what information Dimension Homes holds?
You can request details of any personal information Dimension Homes holds about you and advise us if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

When is my personal information accessed?
The information you provide to Dimension Homes may be disclosed to persons who have a contractual arrangement with the Dimension Homes, including employees, contractors and authorised representatives. Information will not be disclosed beyond this group of people unless you have provided written authorisation that we may do so, or unless required or authorised by law.

What restrictions are there on how personal information is used?
The information you provide to Dimension Homes will only be used for the purpose for which it was intended, unless you consent to the information being used for another purpose.

Who do we contact about privacy concerns?
If you would like to know more about how the information you are providing will be used and stored, would like to change your personal details, or wish to make a complaint about the way we handle your personal information, our Privacy Officer will deal with your request. Any request needs to be made in writing and sent to the address shown on the Contact Us page.

We take all reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse, modification or disclosure.
